Weight management has a lot to do with your plan of meals. Eating the same sugary food in the morning has drastically different effects on obesity weight loss than at lunch! Constructing your meals in this way should bring your carb intake down to around 20–50 grams per day.

Don’t forget a good night’s sleep. You’ll be in a fasted state.

Lean protein sources and vegetables aid weight loss. For vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy, you may want to try a nutritional supplement.

Tomatoes are one of the vegetables you should avoid. Like peppers, watermelon, and eggplant, tomatoes are so-called “Nightshade.” This means longterm they can cause irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Also joint pain, and migraines!

You definitely need physical activity to lose weight. But when you exercise our way, you won’t feel exhausted – or hate going to the gym!

One of the fitness secrets of weight training is to “feel the BURN.” (Forget about “sweat!”) This is a fat loss technique! You see, when you use a heavy enough weight you body has to recruit other muscle fibers to finish the rep. These Fast Twitch fibers (“FT) put your bod into lose weight overdrive! (Study from PubMed)

A woman’s body is composed of about half Slow Twitch fibers (ST) and half FT fibers.

So – how weird is it – that most fat loss tips tell you to do cardio, which only works your ST fibers? This makes you look Skinny Fat. Meaning, you look skinny but flabby.

As a Young Woman, you want a feminine, hourglass shape to your body.

This “Hourglass” Shape is the “Perfect 10” look that men are biologically attracted to. They can’t help themselves! This is why guys are super-attracted to a hot body.

But Hot Guys are NOT sexually attracted to Skinny Fat girls who are “thin as a stick,” with no curves or muscle tone.

Here’s another diet trick Skinny Girls across America know. (But still “under the radar” and NOT widely-known.)

There’s a hormone your body makes that’s almost like a “Fountain of Youth.” It’s called Human Growth Hormone. (Skinny Girls call it “HGH” for short).

What does Growth Hormone do? It regulates your body composition. AND your sugar and fat metabolism. Sounds important to weight loss, huh? You bet.

Cheat meals every Saturday are huge glucose spikes. You gain water weight. NOT the path to losing weight fast! Reducing carbs, only to pig out for 1-2 days – you might not experience weight loss. You will make leptin more paranoid when your next binge will happen. To prepare, your body pumps out extra insulin. This will keep you storing fat AFTER your cheat day for 3 or 4 days.

We eat white bread pizza, cake, ice cream, pasta, chocolate, donuts, and candy. But we DON’T get sugar cravings. We have a treat, but keep it under control.

Believe it or not, you will get to a point where you’ll stop eating because ” you’ve had enough.” These items will start to taste too sugary after a few bites. And you’ll put down your fork (or your spoon with the ice cream!)

  6. To control blood sugar, ditch sugary drinks. Also, fruit juice. Just 1 calorie is too much. Water is a good substitute.
    Don’t worry about fiber. You already get plenty in fruit. Extreme fiber longterm is now being suspected as causing colon cancer later in life.
  7. Drink coffee or tea. Caffeine boosts your metabolism by 3–11%. (Source)
  8. Do NOT weigh yourself every day. For weight loss psychology, we’ve found it’s more effective to start showing off your bod! The attention you get from heads turning will keep you on track better than any scale! As soon as you start dropping pounds, put on tighter, skimper t-shirts, short shorts, and yes, a bikini! (Even if you still have a bit of a muffin top).
  9. Do NOT eat every three hours. All this does is keep your INS going 24/7. Your metabolism stays stuck in fat storage mode.
